New in Box - The box had never been opened. I opened the box when making this listing to confirm all items were contained.   This reel was purchased in  2009 by a friend of mine who was a fisherman and collector (I have the original receipt in my possession, but it is not included in the sale. 

I will send a COPY of the original receipt to the buyer if requested, I will need to redact all personal information such as credit card info, name / address etc.. that needs to be private). 

Based on my research this brand  (Fin-Nor) is no longer manufactured.
